Our rooms are small and cosy/compact designed for the modern traveller like yourself, as the name ‘City’ room suggests.
This is the trade-off between being situated in beautiful converted Georgian townhouses in an exclusive conservation area of London and just a stone’s throw away from Buckingham Palace. If we were visiting London, we would want to do exactly that – go out and experience the city, not stay inside a hotel room!
Sheriff hotel occupies two converted townhouses and as a result the staircase is narrow and we do not have a lift. Our rooms are spread across 4 floors. However we have plans to include a lift in the future – so watch this space!
Our main building and reception is located at 115 Warwick Way with our annexe at 47 Cambridge Street (a few doors down the street), your room could be located in either building.
Due to the historical nature of these converted Georgian townhouses we do not have air conditioning at the moment, however some rooms have a ceiling fan
We offer a complimentary continental buffet breakfast with hot and cold beverages, breads, cheese, porridge, cereals and freshly baked pastries (delivered every morning).
We do not have a licence to provide a cooked breakfast but there are plenty of cafés and pubs within walking distance of our hotel that offer full English breakfast.
Breakfast is available between 7:30am and 9:30am in our breakfast room located on the lower ground floor of our main building. Our busier times are between 8.00 and 9.30 and you may have to wait for a table at this time.
