CHECK IN TIME IS 2pm

Guests can check in early and drop off bags with us. Rooms are ready by 2pm.

Late check in (after midnight) is by prior arrangement only

 

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10.30am

Guests must vacate their room by 10.30 am. If you require a late check out please ask reception.

Early Check Out (before 7am) is by prior arrangement only.

LUGGAGE:

We are happy to off you complimentary left luggage facility on the day of arrival & departure during our reception opening hours. We are unable to hold luggage overnight. We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen luggage or contents.

 

GUEST BELONGINGS:

The hotel will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to guest’s personal belongings unless they have been handed into reception for safekeeping. We regret we will not be held responsible for any guest items left in or on our property so please make sure all the items you bring with you are insured against theft, loss & damage.

 

BREAKFAST:

Our complimentary (free) Breakfast is served between 7:30am - 9.30am

07:30 - 08:00 - Not busy, no queue

08:00 - 08:30 - Slightly busy, approx 5 minutes wait

08:30 - 09:30 - VERY BUSY, 5-10 Minutes wait


Some foods may contain traces of NUT & GLUTEN please make sure you inform us of any special dietary requirements prior to arrival.
 

RESERVATIONS:

It is your responsibility to read booking conditions prior to booking. Cancellations & amendments will be subject to those conditions. Please inform us immediately if you find any details on the confirmation letter that are not correct.

 

BEST RATE GUARANTEE:

We guarantee to offer cheapest rates only on our website.

If a better rate is found elsewhere, for the same booking details then not only will Sheriff Hotel match the lowest rate, but we will also offer a further 5% discount on the total rate.

ACCESSIBILITY:

Sheriff Hotel is in a conservation area of London. Whilst we have inherited some beautiful architectural details, this also means that the structure of the building does present some physical barriers to accessibility. If you do have any special needs please do contact us before making a reservation so that we can try to meet your requirements as best we can.

We do not have a lift or luggage porters therefore if you prefer a room on a lower floor please do make this request at the time of booking.

 

SMOKING POLICY:

IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE TO SMOKE OR KNOWINGLY PERMIT SMOKING IN THIS HOTEL. THIS INCLUDES PUBLIC AREAS, BED ROOMS AND TOILETS. PLEASE HELP US KEEP THESE AREAS SMOKE FREE BY ONLY USING OUTSIDE AREAS DESIGNATED FOR SMOKING. IF ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING IN YOUR BEDROOM IS FOUND DURING YOUR STAY OR ON YOUR DEPARTURE, THE FULL COST OF ONE NIGHTS’ ACCOMODATION WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ADDITIONAL ROOM REFRESHMENT

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:

We trust you will have a trouble free and enjoyable holiday, but we realise that occasionally things can go wrong, should you feel you have any cause for complaint in any way please see The Manager immediately in order to give him/her a fair chance to correct the problem at the time it arises. Unfortunately there is very little we can do after you have checked out.

 

PETS

Unfortunately we cannot allow Pets at the hotel

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

CCTV is recording within the hotel 24 hrs a day. 
 

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

 

DISTURBANCE

The Hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.

 
FIRE SAFETY

Guest must familiarise themselves of the fire safety instructions at the time of check in.
